At Nicotine River we offer several different shipping methods. It is important to know that the shipping method you choose will not accelerate the processing speed of your order. Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis. No matter which option you choose, if you place your order before 3pm PST (except for USPS Express Mail, which needs to be placed by 1pm PST), we will package and ship within 3 business days or sooner.
To qualify for free, domestic shipping, your order must be between 1 and 25 pounds. Notice: Free shipping does not apply to addresses with a PO Box.
Due to the numerous issues with international shipping, international customers must exercise caution and due diligence when ordering. No refunds will be issued for orders denied and/or stopped by customs or lost while in transit. Once international orders leave the facility, Nicotine River does not assume responsibility for said packages.
International deliveries cannot be stopped once they leave Nicotine River’s facilities. The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address and no refunds will be issued should the customer request an address change after the package has left the facility.
Customers are responsible for knowing their local and country laws pertaining to their imported orders. Unfortunately, any returned orders will not be eligible to receive a refund.

All international mail is shipped via USPS or FedEx. We cannot, and will not, stretch the truth or under-declare values on any packages. We offer a variety of international shipping methods. Note: You, as the customer, are responsible for all customs and duty fees when importing products into your country.
Customs processing times vary and may impact delivery times, therefore please check with customs if your package has not been delivered.
USPS is one of the most affordable methods in shipping packages to our customers. USPS delivers packages six days a week (Monday – Saturday) and works diligently to get your mail to you. The only downfall to USPS is the lack of tracking updates. Most of the time you will receive your package before the tracking has even been updated.
FedEx is great for your heavier bulk orders. For your convenience they provide several different shipping options.
