We offer a 7 day return policy from the day it was received at your destination. If 7 days have passed since you received your product, unfortunately we cannot offer you any form of compensation whatsoever. Nicotine River stresses heavily that all customers should check their orders and confirm everything is accurate immediately after receiving the products. To be eligible for compensation, the error must be on part of Nicotine River. If you received what was ordered and want to change your mind or swap the product, unfortunately such an act is not acceptable. If your situation is applicable, you will be eligible for compensation such as: Resending the defective product or receiving store credit.
Nicotine River does not accept returns for compensation on any product whatsoever. We only will ever administer store credit, or ship a new item out.
Examples of our return policy,
Customer: "Hello, I received my flavor and the flavor seems off, I think I selected the wrong flavor or may have received the wrong flavor."
At this point, we would ask for images of the bottle to verify if the flavors properties are accurate. If deemed accurate, no refund will be applicable. If the flavor is of false color and it's properties seem "off" to its accurate counterpart, Nicotine River will accept all blame and replace the product impacted by the issue free of charge.
